Kindle The Devil's Footprints ePUB ï The Devil's MOBI Ù crypto world.pro Ù devil's epub, footprints free, The Devil's download, The Devil's Footprints Kindlea difficult book to ualify and uantify i would do as much as possible to forget the publisher's summation when reading this as it bears little resemblance to the tale i read or at least makes you think the book is something it is not Burnside is a wonderful writer and he does well when he takes the story off track into philosophical ish meanderings episodes of internal dialogue and passages of random thoughts or personal insights the core of this tale is Michael and everything flows and travels through and around him and his choices or his unwillingness to choose there isn't any mystery to what happens though the explanations after the fact and the motivations leading up to the events are often rather intriguing of the other characters that help flesh out Michael's travail

Kindle The Devil's Footprints ePUB ï The Devil's MOBI Ù crypto world.pro Ù devil's epub, footprints free, The Devil's download, The Devil's Footprints KindleThis book didn’t get a fair chance with me The synopsis gave me Lolita vibes and nothing will ever come close to Lolita for me I couldn’t get the comparison out of my head Burnside even mentions Lolita and Humbert Humbert as our narrator tells us he is not sexually interested in the 14 year old girl he has taken The way he justifies his actions almost makes you forget he’s not a good person he’s done some really shitty things The writing was great but the story fell flat for me I was expecting something a bit sinister

Kindle The Devil's Footprints ePUB ï The Devil's MOBI Ù crypto world.pro Ù devil's epub, footprints free, The Devil's download, The Devil's Footprints KindleI was let down by this I love Burnside the way he writes is always poetic and elouent and I'm always amazed at how he manages to talk about gruesome and horrible things in a way that makes them seem almost beautiful I expected to be 'Burnsided' again while reading this and I just wasn't The writing was beautiful as always but the story didn't entirely convince me A few of the philosophical discussions in the book I really enjoyed though and the beginning was very promising I kept picturing Stonehaven while reading it and I feel like Burnside painted a very accurate and believable picture of East Coast Scotland Nonetheless this is not one of his strongest works
